The man on this article was sentenced to 3 years of jail. I agree that he deserved it but the thing is these boys are 10 years of age and arent really old enough for jail. For these two 10 year old boys they could do home detention and have no fun and face the consequences

It is always hard when dealing with youth justice. I agree that there should be some consequences for their actions. How do you know they are boys?
